Defrost the prawns slowly – approx. 8 hours in the refrigerator.
Ingredients:
150 g prawns, 1 avocado, 4 spring onions, 8 radishes, 100 g sun-dried tomatoes, mixed salad.
Cut all the ingredients into suitably sized pieces; tear the lettuce and arrange on a plate or dish along with the prawns. Sprinkle with raspberry vinaigrette and serve immediately.
Raspberry vinaigrette:
80 ml olive oil, 60 ml raspberry vinegar, 1 tsp. fresh rosemary, 1 tsp. Dijon mustard, pepper.
Optø rejerne langsomt - i køleskab ca. 8 timer.
Ingredienser:
150 g rejer, 1 avocado, 4 forårsløg, 8 radiser, 100 g soltørrede tomater, mix salat.
Alle ingredienser skæres i passende stykker, salaten plukkes og anrettes sammen med rejerne på tallerken el. fad. Sprinkles med hindbær vinagrette og serveres straks.
Hindbær vinagrette:
80 ml. olivenolie, 60 ml. hindbær vinegar, 1 tsk. frisk rosmarin, 1 tsk. dijon sennep, peber.
